Kids this generation are going to need these to get their button-pressing …Kids this generation are going to need these to get their button-pressing fix when mummy turns the PlayStation off. To be fair, it's the three year olds with iPhones that worry me the most, maybe they should make stress iPhones instead

Blah blah blah. Why are people obsessed with judging people for doing things different to how they did it when they were kids. Every generation seems to do this and never understands that it's not the world changing for the worse it's them being left behind because they can't/won't keep up or don't realise their views are outdated.

My mum always said her dad uses to shout at her because she used to read novels in her room and that too many books would rot her brain. Just because when he grew up kids didnt read.

If you don't let today's children keep up with technology they will be left behind and because of the speed of progress they won't catch up. I see a lot of 30 somethings today with poor IT skills which limits their employment options all because of their parents views of computers. Meanwhile those who embraced the IT world in their youth are prospering into rewarding careers in a growth industry.

Edit: I worded this horribly and got a rightful beating down below. I'm not an anti-tech 60 year old prat as my comment would have you assume. Apologies all

Sounds like you're stressing about it.

Don't.

Buy a Playstation Stress Controller instead.

Squishy relief.

I'm actually part of the younger generation and have a young one myself! My only point (and of no real judgement, more of genuine concern) was that I see a lot of young ones addicted to tech and it's worrying. I don't have a problem holding kids back from technology as I'm quite a techy gamer guy myself and used to love playing my SP / DS as a kid, but with balance. It's more the fact that kids are chucked a phone and left to it with less creative play etc and more exposure to advertisements blah blah. All that jazz. It was meant to be more light-hearted but didn't come across as so

Edit: upon re-reading, yeah I worded that comment badly. Comes across knob-ish. My bad

IT is overrated, can't beat pen and paper

key advantage doesn't need constant charging and doesn't lose reception
