I know this is an old model however it comes with ink which costs around £20 at full price for a black and a colour. At this price, worth buying an extra printer for the ink then selling it on!

Has good reviews and the cheapest printers to run. Cloud ready to print from wifi computers plus androids ipads and phones etc.

Found at Tesco Grimsby, had stacks of them on the shelves today and was told they should be available in stores across the Country.

I know there is no fax but I personally have never used the one on my HP Printer and now it is out of ink for the second time I refuse to pay the prices so have plumped for this kodak. It works out cheaper than one of the 6 ink cartridges that my printer takes and some clever software in the stoopid HP means I can not even choose to print in black only when one of the colour cartridges have run out.

I think £14.98 is a smoking price if you just use it then sell it, recycle it or give it away, alternatively, if you have a Kodak that takes this ink, you could buy this and take the inks out then sell the printer on and still have paid less for the inks and get back a bit on the sale as people are after cheaper printing so they go for okay money on ebay and the like. Personally I will be keeping mine so as I do not feel like I have been robbed every time I need ink.

Voting hot - good as a disposable printer at the very least. At best it could be a decent printer with low running costs.

For £15 its worth a punt

Can't find it...

NP, we got 2 today (hubby in Grimsby). I don't have a big Tesco by us so can't really check out if it is as the employee stated, available in all stores. If anyone has gone to get one, please could you post availability (or not) in the store you went to to help anyone who is after one? TY.

£64 in tesco baguley (south Manchester ) just been in and got a checkout woman to scan it for me. They are on offer reduced from £80 to £64

It seems it is only available in one store ?. marketing strategy by Tesco for getting free promotion ??

It is really wrong that they seem to deem it acceptable to charge different prices in different stores, I would feel ripped off by them if I saw this post then they were more at my tesco. Feel like sending my hubby to buy 20 now then 'losing' the receipt then returning them to another store to get refunds at the inflated prices but then I guess I would be just as bad as them?

Have you thought that the correct price is being charged in all the other stores and the wrong price is being charged in yours?

why not , if they practice this then do the same.
tesco are very bad for charging different prices in different stores, i literally hate them for doing this , its bad business practice and looking at tesco deals on here the heat isnt always that high because im sure most people dislike their business ways.
personally i refuse to shop there, even cut my clubcard up in front of them and u know what , they couldn't give a s**t.
wait until they lose lots and lots of people who spend £100 plus a week then maybe they will change.
will this be too late though? it will for me.

If you do get in to store to try and get one, please post to let others know if they are available at £14.98 ty

ill think you will find that kodak will only give you starter ink sets, all kodak printers will only have 10 % ink cartilages inside the box not full inks!

arent kodak in risk of going under?

Good price.

But the most cost effective way to print is to get a CISS system and hook it up to an Epson or HP printer. They're fantastic and not to difficult to set up.

If you do a lot of printing using one will save you a fortune

Hope to have good colour

Cheap but not available anywhere else.
If you really need to save the extra few pounds to buy for the ink, then I'd recommend taking a look a your life/earning power.

Printing costs for any business can be huge if you're using the wrong system for you. I can assure you switching from carts to the continuous ink system has saved me a hell of a lot more than a 'few pounds.'

saw this at hookwood in gatwick but the 14.98 was for an ink pack not the printer....
very misleading point of sale

Again an excellent marketing ploy to get you into their stores. I do hope the british public are now becoming wise to this technique. Just so many brilliant - one store offers - but they don't tell you this - very clever. I just close my eyes to anything with Tesco involved on HUKD.

My dictionary exploded once and made more sense than this. lol.

I have been to both main stores, Grimsby and Cleethorpes and the printer price is £64, also had the item scanned to double check...

people not 14.98 the price in 14.98 off the price but not 14.98.

cartridges maybe cheap, however as this don't use seperate colours it will cost you more to run, would not touch it..........in fact would not touch any printer with a combined cartridge.

good marketing by kodak saying they have the cheapest cartridges, but forget to mention howe much more they cost to run.

I got a nice Brother printer - it's awesome.

This is funny actually because I was in my local tesco and pointed this deal out to my partner... Then on closer inspection realised it was clever 'displaying' as the ink was around £14 and the printer was more, can't remember how much but around £60 I think...

Well my hubby bought 2 yesterday and they scanned at £14.98 each in the grimsby store but they were advertised at that price, price was also showing 3 price reductions. Seems some clever marketing elsewhere but certainly the real deal in the grimsby store.

Eyoorworld feel free to ransack ur tesco and sell them on ebay. Trsco rips off every single nation on the planet, so its ony fair we get our own back now and again. Go for it you will be helping the rest of us who cant get to grimsby.

Seems it was a price mistake and they now scanning at full price in Grimsby according to posters who have been in today, you do wonder if these are deliberate mistakes...

Could you expire deal please if no longer scaning at £14..98 ?
