Children can use the wooden accessories to prepare their favourite meals, then fry them on the realistic hobs with click and turn knobs or put them inside the oven to bake! Food can be stored in the fridge-freezer or the ample cupboards and shelving space to keep the worktops neat and tidy. The wooden kitchen also features a clock with moving hands to teach children about time as they play. Cleaning up couldn't be easier, with taps and a sink to 'wash' pots and pans.

The oven and cupboards feature integrated handles for easy opening, as well as printed graphics designed to inspire domestic role-play games. For even more fun, the Plum play kitchen is supplied with wooden accessories including a cooking pot with lid, a frying pan, a knife, a spoon, a slotted spoon and a spatula.

Any idea if this would be too small for a 5 year old?

We have a smaller version of this kitchen, basically doesn't have the cupboard. It's a good size for my my 4 year old daughter. It should be grand.
