Seems like I haven't had enough coffee this morning, Thank You

I'm really put off this buy the reviews, it looks lovely but think it might be quite disappointing.

It's not worth a fiver. You're better off getting hold of 4 planks of wood from a pallet, fixing them into a square, and sticking a plastic sheet underneath. because 4 planks of wood is all it is. The 'protective' sheet won't stay on unless weighted, and there's no base to it, so nothing to keep the sand it should you want to move it. Extortionate price for this.

THIS^^^^^^^^^^

you cant move it once sand is in it as its base is flimsy piece of fabric DONT BUY

i made the mistake of purchasing one of these a while ago. base sheet rips easily and the protective cover doesn't fit snugly and just blows off in the slightest wind. it's pathetic.

same one £7 in B&Q?

saw them in 2 local b and q yesterday for £7

Great find!!!! Heat added!

Bought 2 in Tesco for £4 each. For £4, I was satisfied, but as others said, it is just 4 planks of soft, treated wood, 8 screws, a plastic ground sheet and a plastic sheet cover. Agree, you need to put bricks on all 4 sides to stop it blowing up and being used by the local cat for you know what. Image I will end up scrapping it at the end of the summer, as the cover is already starting to crack in the sun.

Since when were pallets made of planed wood?

voting cold on this one!

replicated deal that was posted a month ago - also seen this cheaper over the past year

Would become cat litter!

I bought this last year and its not fit for purpose. I don't know how they have the cheek to be still selling it.

Only £12.38 now :-)

It does seem like a single use product. Sad because as others mentioned, you can build something like that yourself.

as others have said, a lot of money for what it is... who in their right mind would ever pay the rrp god only knows!!
We got one in Lidl for £30 with a lid that can be raised and lowered (to provide shade/keep sand dry/prevent use as a litter box by the local cats).
If you're after a decent sandpit I'd highly recommend that one when they're next available, or hunting down something similar.

I bought one very similar, it is a few planks of wood, a couple of screws etc but brought hours of happiness to my 2 year old. From that point of view, it's worth it. Just tricky when it rains to make sure cover is on properly.
