The one in b&q is a different shower

Yep £50 in B&Q kings lynn, bought one last week. Also avail at screwfix.

These are £50 in bilston b&q been there today

good cheap shower. we had one very similar, if not the same. I was very surprised at the heat it threw out, although think it might have been 9.5kw. we only changed to a different triton due to a bathroom upgrade and for supposedly more modern looking one.

The religion of Judaism requires milk and meat based products to be handled, eaten and cleaned separately so could be perfect for Jewish families in need of a new kitchen!!!!

It is a CORNER sink!

If your kitchen layout calls for this its a great solution at a very good price.
I opted for two sinks in my kitchen rather than one plus drainer many years ago and it proved to be a very good choice.

cheap for one reason only .... one or both bowls will have to be cut into your worktop join thus rendering the joint useless and weak with the strong potential of water ingress and subsequent swelling imminent . not practical in any kitchen layout im afraid

I know these are battery powered and require no wiring but if you have power in the wall, eg running to a shave socket or an overhead light, you should consider the new generation of mirrors that are not only illuminated but heated too so they don't steam up while you're having a shower. You don't have to wipe them clean so they don't get smeared. I fitted one in our bathroom and it's excellent.

Now £54.96!!

Ordered a couple, cheers pal. Good find

Yep - here's one … Yep - here's one here:http://www.snhtradecentre.co.uk/plumbing-bathrooms/sp8001zff-triton-t80.htmlWe have a 9.5kw one at the moment - it has ok pressure on full, but put it on the other setting of 'not so hot' and it's actually cold and low pressure.

Yawn!!! You don't know the difference between a normal electric shower and a power shower.
For those that want to know the difference a power shower does not use hardly any electricity and is a much lower wattage as it draws the hot water from your storage tank and does NOT heat the water.
It basically acts like a jet wash pumping already heated water up to a higher pressure and will work of normal houshold cabling.
You also confirmed what I first said about 8.5KW showers being pretty rubbish in you statement "We have a 9.5kw one at the moment - it has ok pressure on full, but put it on the other setting of 'not so hot' and it's actually cold and low pressure"

Better still take a read here which.co.uk/hom…er/

I bought a Mira shower from them before Xmas and really happy with the service, when I saw the price of these taps I thought why not so I got them along with a Fugi kit for my tiles - they seem to be cheaper than most places for pretty much everything and don't over inflate their rrps

Just looking to buy something from here and wondered if anyone has used them (Plumbworld) before and is able to recommend?

Thanks. So i've ebayed dual fuel electric element. Will I be able to do it myself? So I just fit it in and connect the wires to a Plug to be able to plug it in a socket. Just being cautious as on plumberworld it says it must be fitted by a certified plumber.

And on ebay there's different watts of electric element. Do you know which one I need? I'm planning to buy this towel rail:

Jazzy Jeff Moroncat - I am not too sure why you are confusing the issue? Electric showers can ONLY be installed via the COLD WATER mains.

That is why they are ELECTRIC showers - the clue is in the name...

There is plently of advice on PlumBworld.
Edited by moderator: "Be nice towards fellow members" 15th Feb 2012

took me a lot of searching to find an electrician who was prepared to do the plumbing as well.

If you have to get both in it's expensive and they'll blame each other if there are problems.

thanks guys
