    Ordered this and following reading comments cancelled immediately for seller to refuse claiming it had already been sent out totalling unbelievable as they cannot dispatch within three minutes if goods fail to meet trading standards I will complain further beware

    I bought one of these and the mechanism broke on one side from plopping down onto the bed too hard. Don't ask me how that's possible, I don't know. I recommend buying these cheap Ottomans with a warranty.

    The "Stainless Steel" used in the cheapest butter knife is technically solid metal.

    We’ve got a king size one very like this. Problem is that the (also king size) mattress doesn’t quite reach the edges of the bed. It’s not a day to day issue, but you end up with a lot of dust and (for us) cat hair getting in to the storage space and just gathering there. 

    I used to have one that had a solid top rather than this frame type. Didn’t have the same problem and felt much more solid.

    Beds are not good quality anymore, ordered last month and quality has collapsed. Don’t know how long will it last.

    Seller offered refund within 14 days of payment if sent back at their cost.It arrives 1st December awaiting advice to be honest cannot expect much for the money?
