So if i put one of your SIM cards into a locked o2 Samsung s6 it will work or does it have to be unlocked xxxx

£1 pound more gets you 5gb data but less minutes.......ends at midnight though.

If the phone is locked to O2, then yes, it'll need to be unlocked before you can use it with a Plusnet SIM (latter uses the EE network).

That's an interesting combo, even by Plusnet standards...

What makes this good? ...3 has had 4GB, Ultd Mins & Ultd texts for £9 for ages!?

That's an outstanding deal u have sir! Is plusnet reception as good as Virgin I know they both play off EE But was told Plusnets speed is "watered down" in comparison to Virgin

Both of the person who use the sim don't use mobile data they are mainly on wifi. Generally don't have any reception issues.
Sometimes people exaggerate things best way to find out the truth is to experience for yourself.

I am on Virgin Mobile(EE) and I get 40mbps data speed average and don't have reception issues.
My wife is on Smarty(Three) she doesn't use data, relies on wifi and don't have any reception issues. Did test data speed last month it was average 20mbps.

I always say mobile network depends on where you live and travel so it works differently from person to person.

Thought you'd be sniffing around these deals szaman! Welcome back. I have just taken out a 1,000 mins, ult texts, 1gb of data for my mum on virgin.

Plusnet is good but nothing beats the £1 a month deal. So i'll stick with that for obvious reasons. All BT of course but i only have 2g and so does my mum so rules out three

I was with virgin and now with plus net Fibre. I have to say that I was on Virgin 10mb before they decided to upgrade the line and charge more for it. I switched to plusnet as I had no need for a faster line and didn't want to keep paying Virigin's yearly increases. PlusNet promised 40mb - but in practice I get 10mb and paying what I was with Virgin before.

So I cant complain but I'm not getting the speeds they said I would.

I've had both and I think Plusnet faster and better coverage than Virgin, Plusnet owned by BT/EE, Virgin just a virtual operator using EE.

Thanks but Both plusnet and Virgin are both MVNO operated via EE/BT. As they both use BT infrastructure

Says double data as long as you have plusnet broadband, does that mean they could halve it and it's just tough? Mind you its a 30 day contract so no biggie!
