Great network. Was with them but moved to BT on black friday for 20gb for 20 quid plus bt sports. Similar performance as both ee
Remember plusnet don't support wifi calling
Thought they were going to match the id mobile deal 10gb for £10 a month.
Might be better waiting for that to appear.
Just rang up to change contract, offered me 5gb, unlimited txt and unlimited calls for the same £9

It was a special deal. But looks like now its changed to plusnet they will leave it alone. They can change the price at any time as its only a 30 day contract! Virgin put their £4 a month deal to £6 but its still good as it was 5GB 4g data and 1500 mins.

I have it too so never need to change at the moment. I don't need data as have a work sim.

You can get price protection from some suppliers, they ain't allowed to offer things unless asked for in some instances!
Im with plusnet and get.

2500 mins unlimited txt (5gb) data for £9.00 a month.
I got them to match the virgin deal a month or so ago.
As could not do rollover they gave me £10.00 credit, Still a good deal.

Find a good deal call plusnet and ask for pac code.
Explain the deal your switching to and they match it as best as they can.
I have 3 sim only deals with plus net going back over 2 years in total.
Not once have the put in a price rise.
Rang up Plusnet yesterday as I signed up to their Black Friday deal last year - 6GB for £10. Saw Virgin offering 20GB for £15 but was told by three different salespersons that Plusnet no longer price match?! Best offered was 12GB for £15. Told to call the sales team every month and ask for their “retention” deals. Any advice on bagging a better deal with them?

I've just got off the phone, seems they have mispriced one of deals at the moment. Ask for the £9, unl txt, unl mins and 5gb deal. It is currently going through at £6. I love Plusnet!

Yeah, I called them up after seeing your post about it and the guy was really cool and allowed me to take the deal at £6 even though it's a glitch in the system. That's an amazing deal for that money!

i just tried and show £9 ,,
Plusnet intentionally make it impossible for you to cancel mobile deals. Look it up.

I discovered this when I was on the phone for 40 minutes only to get through at 8:05 to tell me cancellation team is closed.

Funny how all other teams are open till 10PM. Currently with ID mobile and Tesco, never had a single problem. Plusnet = Never Again.

You have to call them and discuss it over the phone. They may have cottoned on to the glitch now too.

Never ever had that issue with Plusnet when I've left in the past. They've always been responsive and never questioned me on it.

uk.trustpilot.com/rev…net

I'll be adding to those reviews shortly. I tried to cancel again today, this time asked me 5 level 2 security questions, one of which was when my DD is paid (I had my statement in front of me) and she told me it's incorrect.

I said I'd simply cancel my DD with the bank, she threatened they will continue to take payments and it will affect my credit history. I have nothing but contempt for them now.

Companies with reviews that awful should not be able to astroturf on HUKD.

That's a worrying number of negative reviews for sure. What I would say is that I can only speak from experience, same as your good self, when I say that I've personally not had an issue with them. I'd also say that the angriest people are the ones who tend to flock to review sites like Trustpilot. All that being said, not a great rating overall and concerning.
