go through uswitch and there is a deal on for about another 4 or 5 days offering 2gb instead of 1.5 for same price same network

its a 30days contract right so can i cancel it after a month of using ?

My mum currently is on giffgaff but needs more data. she doesnt want to pay more £5 but this seems a good deal.
On giffgaff you can buy a goodybag whenever so sometime she doesnt need it for a a month as giffgaff to giffgaff is free.
However not enough data for her at that price.
Is plus net better?

I tried cancelling my daughters contact the other day , bloody nightmare .

Cracking deal, just swapped my plan to this one.

My daughter was on the 1.5gb plan for £6 a month, we phoned up wanting to swap to the uswitch deal and was offered 2.5gb instead, first class company!

Just moved out of plustnet last week.. Their network has become horrible in the last few months.. What's the point of paying when you dont even have network/signal on your phone that too in a city.

Thanks. Ordered for my son who just started high school. ID was good until they changed their taffif the ither day and they have £5 cap where plusnet have £2 cap.

If I was you I would check coverage online and if good no hesitation jumping across. They are good network but in some areas o2/ giffgaff beats their coverage. I've been with them since they were life mobile and haven't had any big issues. Their customer service used to be terrible but has improved a lot recently.
Also remember with any contract it's likely you will be expected to give 30 days notice for cancellation.

I tried their Sim only deal, bad reception couldn't make calls and incoming calls going straight to voicemail.
Cancelled within the 14 days at no cost but I asked them to remove my personal details and all my Direct Debit and Bank details from their system but they point blank refused over & over again. So all my details are being kept on their system unnecessarily just waiting to be hacked. Oh! & I still receive bills for an account which I do not have with them.

Id choose double mins over just 500mb more data. If it was double date and half mins then it would be a good deal
My son can use wifi for big data consuming stuff.

I've given Plusnet mobile a try but they use EE and the signal is so bad in my area. I've had to go back to Giffgaff even though its more expensive. Its not a good deal if you can't use your phone so I would check the coverage before making the change.

They used to be better than now. The Life mobile was awesome and they did downgraded to Plus Mobile - waste of space!

You get two attempts at giving personal account details to verify security - around 5 questions... they then say one answer is wrong, but won't tell you which one. After the second attempt you need to call in again. Waiting time 20-30 minutes each time. First time I've ever come across a stupid policy like this.

Third attempt, just gave exactly the same information as I did the first time and it's fine! So the idiot on the call either typed something wrong or just being a complete pedantic a-hole. Much preferred them when it was LIFE mobile. Plusnet suck.

Plusnet throwing out deals on a weekly bases. I got this when it was a fiver

If you give notice to cancel after a month, your total overall commitment would be circa 60days from date of order. It's 30days notice of cancellation, so you would need to give your notice to cancel on the day you order if you only want to commit to total 30days service. Not sure it's worth taking a creditcheck hit on your credit file if you have a definite intention to cancel so soon after order.

100% agree with you. As sad as it is I even preferred the Life logo, looked more fun. Because PLUSNET deals are constantly being uploaded on here. I've noticed wait times on getting through are getting worse. Wish people would stop uploading them tbh
