This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

  • A rolling monthly contract. 30 days’ notice to terminate required
  • Changes to existing plans need to be completed by calling 500 from your mobile
  • Part of the EE network

9.2. A rolling monthly SIM only plan that you can end at any time on 30 days’ notice, will be subject to an increase linked to CPI from June 2020. Before June 2020 we may change your monthly plan price and other charges under paragraph 26.1 or at any time.plus.net/hel…ms/

Left them - constant dropped calls - must have been 3 or 4 days this year with no calls at all able to get through.

Ah, bring back Life mobile, all was well then!

Retention deal? not that it's much I guess, for them to keep you on with a 20p reduction and extra 1gb

Or 1GB less if you don't have their broadband.

We were on £6 (some sims went up to £6.30) and that was for 3.5GB/month.

Went to Sky, O2 masts, 3 years rolling data, I took the 10GB plan a few months ago, put the kids and the other half on their latest £6 3GB plan (I think only available thru TCB) - already got 20GB in the "piggybank" to redistribute when the kids run out (although I have to say they never used the 3.5GB on Plusnet).

I’ve been having same problems, new sim arrived this week as was sick of it but I’m looking for new deal. Shame as I’ve been loyal since they took over life sim too
I've been with them for a few years since before they were Plusnet. 3 Gig of data and unlimited mins and texts for £6.30 a month and I can't say I've ever had an issue with them. Only slight niggle is you can't send texts to short code numbers eg to donate cash or pay for parking.

So was it constant or 3-4 days? Are you aware this was probably country-wide EE outage affecting Plusnet too? (Plusnet is an EE subsidiary)

No, it was not constant, and no it was only Plusnet, not the wider EE network. I'm sure Google will hold the answers for you if you want to substantiate what I'm saying.
Why has this been expired? It's still live for me.

it will be getting cold votes, so it's not a typical deal on HUKD customers. Sorry

It's fine. I thought it was a decent deal for a low user.
4Gb if you switch BB, decided Smarty is still better unless you definitely use that much data, it's BT with it's small print too, why 30 days notice ?
