Have have similar now but with 2500 minutes for £8.50 so will switch to this, thanks

The last time this offer was posted on here I switched from their £10 a month tariff to this one and they only gave me 1000 texts. They couldn't have been more unhelpful and refused to sort it out.
They have so many similar tariffs that their agents get confused, so be careful when ordering!

Plusnet customer service depends very much on who you are talking to, too - it is either excellent or shockingly bad.

good ol' Midnight, always comes up with the goods

Heat as you beat Szaman! But yeah let the editors do the work! What concerns me is no proof. But i suppose as you work for this site they must be letting you know

Just got my son 6Gb + unlimited for £10/month which ends in about 8h. He needed more for Spotify and Talkmobile would not match this (£12 Quidco as well).

How do you know?

You normally post the Plusnet deals

Shitty customer service I wouldn't bother with them!!

Quote " Do you proud ", yeh right...took over my mobile, ported in my number , worked for two days and hasn't worked since, hours on the phone, they will ( say they can't ) not talk directly to the engineers to get it sorted and I have to wait up to another 5 days for them to sort it, and if they haven't by then, and I'm not holding my breath it'll be another round of useless questions. Told them to shove it, got my PAC Code and gonna move to a provider that actually does something other than talk.

EE offered me the retention deal when I called them to request PAC Code. That was for the plusnet 6GB / Unlimited Mins + Txts for £9.99 p/m (but on 12m contract).

I've just tried to get this tariff via live chat. The agent couldn't find this package on their system, even though it's live on their website.
Luckily, he offered me 3.5GB of data with UNLIMITED minutes and texts for £8 a month

However, the text confirmation that I got stated that it would cost £8.50 a month. The agent assured me that I would only be charged £8 a month and I've saved a copy of the chat transcript, just in case I have any problems further down the line.

I ported my number and it took lest than 18 hours to complete. so quitegood this time round.

I received my sim this morning for the deal the other day (1.5gb data/unlimited texts and minutes for £5 p/m), but now thinking this deal is better for me. Would I have to wait for the the rolling 30 days and then renew, or would they change it if I called today?

You can ask for the switch now but it won't take effect until your next reset day.
