Say's new and existing customers according to MSE.
I was with plusnet got my pac code today. left because plusnet do not suport short code text numbers. For those who do not know about short code text numbers your NHS, Energy company. Goverment , banks.etc. all use this system when contacting you and you cannot reply back to the text as plusnet have blocked replying to short code text numbers . For that reason i left as there service was no good if you cannot comunicate with the said companies. just giving the heads up about plusnet. there signal and network was ok for me just the said above.

Yes, i had this problem also. Voicemail doesnt tell you who called and customer service waiting times terrible.
Just be aware there is an unresolved issue regarding roaming - see here community.plus.net/t5/…006
I left because I needed to guarantee the phone would work in Greece in a few weeks + I couldn't get 4G to work, it worked again soon as I went back to EE.

Took 30mins on hold but after 10mins had successfully changed my current £10 simo from 4gb to 5gb
Recently upgraded my sons contract from 500 minutes to 1500 minutes for the same £10 monthly charge. May as well go for this, no brainer! Well spotted op!

Just wondering what time did you guys do the switch via online chat? I've had no success in the past but think it's down to the location of the contact centre and the time.

any joy getting a resolve on this ? im on the phone with them now and they dont know what to do as ive no account or order number... they have my tenner or at least set it aside ... i dont want to go ahead and set another line up and end up paying twice

Not bad, talked to CS via chat and sorted same day!
Decided didnt need all that so took 2500 unlimited text 3.5gb data £8.50
Now says 500mins instead of Unlimited

I think they are just talking about "other numbers" ie those not listed in the first paragraph, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The same thing happened to me, I was refunded after about 2-3 days but I didn't bother ordering the new SIM with them. Should be fine though if you want to order with them over the phone.
Thanks OP, upgraded existing and ordered another SIM for better half - cracking deal!
Just upgraded to this offer from the 3gb deal posted a month ago.
£1.50 more for an extra 2gb seems too rude to pass up.

Once again if it errors out for you people when placing your order, try IE, it should go through first time round.
