From Plus net website:

Our monthly line rental price will be £17.99 from 1st September 2016. We're making changes to some other prices and products, find out everything you need to know here.

so if you pay your line rental for the year in advance it's done and you have it so 1September increase irrelevant. Also free for a year broadband is just that too. Just do it before end of the month.

I just chatted with plusnet. If you take the offer before the september price increases then the prices quoted in this offer last for the year. only phone plan packages would increase in september.
so perhaps the idiots voting this cold should say where you can get unlimited broadband cheaper ?

It may be unlimited but they throttle it to death! Also if you have a problem the customer service "will do you proud" - like a trussed up Christmas Turkey.

Maybe because it's been posted before but has just been posted again with a different cashbacks deal that won't be paid?

The previous deal's cashback got rejected because both the cashbacks were being offered by Plusnet (one directly and the other through Quidco), and therefore Quidco cancelled theirs according to their Plusnet offer T&Cs.

It's a bit different here because one cashback offer is from Plusnet directly, and the other one is via broadbandchoices.co.uk/TCB.

funny, I've always found plusnet to be very good. I've been with them twice and only changed when a better/new deal came out.

Who do you think provides broadbandchoices with the cash? They are just an affiliate site.
While you will certainly have a better chance of getting your cashback there is a good chance you won't.

yes cashback may not be paid but it's a good gamble. I'm currently on a sky deal where TCB and sky cashback/M&S voucher did arrive This deal would still be less than £10 per month if the cashback didn't come through.

Exactly that's why I signed up for the original deal. At worst I should get £75 and best £210. If I only get £75 it's less than £10 if I only get the £135 it's less than £5 and if I get both (unlikely) they pay me!

I still have a week or so left before the end of my sky contract. If I get this today would it count as an early break of the contract?

Seems to be a never ending search for the best deal on Broadband/TV/Utils/Insurance/
And very rarely get it right on all... but we dance the dance

So is this the best right now? I have been with Plusnet before and all was good.

Based on experience; if people vote deals down on this site, it is usually a great deal so thanks for posting. People were highly critical of a BT deal I posted last year and everything went through perfectly. It's their loss so just let them vote 'hot' for a £15k flight into space instead because that is useful to all of us on average household incomes (_;)

Hi everyone if someone can help plz. I'm going to sign up tonight for this deal. But not sure what to do? Like if I go via topcash back then I get £35? Or If i go via broadband choice then I only get £75? But OP says go to broadband choice via topcash back and get £35 and £75 I didn't get that. Because when I got via topcash back that take me straight to plusnet,

Go to broadbandchoices using the TCB link below and then sign up to Plusnet on the broadbandchoices site:

Where do you get £135 and £210 from? £75 + £35.35 = £110.35. Are you talking about a previous deal?

Yes the original deal. £135 quidco and £75 from Plusnet themselves. The suggestion is they won't let you have both. So I have made a quidco claim for the £135 and if they pay me that then if I can't claim the £75 then so be it. If quidco say no then I have 60 days to claim my plusnet cashback.

As for service it is slower than sky I had before, but it's been consistent so no complaints from me.

Worst case it works out at £9.75 a month and I simply can't find cheaper.

Thanks OP. Went for this on August 31st. Broadband choices has tracked at £33.00. Service due to go live on the 15th- so hopefully will get the £75.00 voucher email soon after.

So service (both phone & broadband) went live on the 15th as promised.
Today received email to apply for the cashback

So looking at £7.07 / month for the next 12 months for broadband & line rental.

Thanks again OP
