If you don't have to call PlusNet then great. If you do then beware terrible customer service, the fact that it's UK based call centre makes dealing with this level of incompetance even worse.
Possible £65 TCB cashback, but Plusnet Reward card deal ends in 7 hours,so if interested hurry.

I am with plusnet for an year now and never had any major issue, so possibly the agent you have to deal with. The service is good though for me.

What are your speeds like? I just had sky fitted at my parents which is in the 30-40mb range. It says 10mb for Plusnet. Do you find it slow? Does it effect your internet/streaming services Netflix etc?

To be honest it all depends on how far you are from the exchange. I get more or less 12- 17 mbps which is decent I believe considering this is a copper line. I play 4k videos on my tv without any lag, almost never. Thanks

The tcb link is for 18 months, the reward car is 12 months you can't get both tcb and reward card
Signed up my Aunt before Christmas with similer offer but they wouldn't send out the reward card because it was our fault we didn't receive the email telling us how to claim the reward! I rang them at the 2 month after connection stage, not impressed with their actions one bit. Ring them after a month if you havant received what youre entiled to from this deal if you havant heard from them is my tip.

Yes,sorry I posted without going thru to the site,so op deal is the better one.
Decent price.
Bought it yesterday after looking at MSE.
Also consider (if you can afford it) paying line rental up front - makes it even cheaper.

I’m looking to move. It can’t handle our family’s usage. We’ve been moaning quietly for an age, Covid has brought it to a head. It’s dreadful. Usage includes Netflix, ps something, Yi camera, 3-5 laptops. Kids’ mobiles not allowed to jump on. More that I can’t remember I’m sure

They are dire.
Be aware they left me without internet for 5 weeks on a run of mill change of service. The most I could get out of them was a £10 credit and the missed service back. The unlimited broadband was 3mbp/s down, I ended up having to upgrade to fibre. Note the routers they ship with fibre have a known issue (unfixed by plusnet for a year according to the forums) making the service unusable, I had to buy a new router. I now finally have working internet. If you buy this, factor in that you may need to buy a new router.
Should have just gone with BT.

How are you getting cashback and reward card? When clicking through TCB it doesn't show this price.

Edit: just change the address detail slightly and shown up
