Quidco cashback has been upped again (from £40 to £70 and then to £90). Ordered mine, Quidco tracked within 6 hours (mine was £70 at the time of ordering) and hopefully it won't be declined. Couldn't find a similar deal anywhere else (for under £20/month). Bonus is, it's Plusnet.

Update: Few days after placing an order I've been called by my current broadband provider (BT) offering me £22.99/month deal to stay with them and to cancel Plusnet. I have jumped on the chat with Plusnet this morning, told them the deal BT was offering - and straight away they have offered mt £50 cashback cheque. Taking the whole deal down to £13.32/month. Can't complaint.

Put my order through this afternoon and within 2 hours received an email to say the previously booked engineer visit time slot was now unavailable.

They have rearranged it for a different date and changed the time from afternoon to morning. Stating that if it was inconvenient to ring them.

Have decided to accept the change as I have had a previous cashback rejected as there was a follow up phone call.

It just seems a little strange that the appointment was changed so quickly after the order.
Hate plusnet customer service. Any time you ring them you have to wait over 30mins for the call to be answered then when it is you go round the houses and no one wants to deal with the issue. They constantly fob you off promising a response withing 48 hours.... Of course no response is received during that time. To my shock I have even called up to chase and been told there are no notes of the call so no action has been taken. Don't believe the hype about their customer service being top notch... It simply isn't.
+1 to the above comment.
Honestly over the years tried BT, Virgin, Plusnet and Sky. None close to the standard you would expect from companies with large revenues. Customer satisfaction not their priority. Out of the lot Sky CS was better but they keep hiking prices so had to leave.

Agreed. I've found the wait times to be atrocious. Still trying to find the Internet provider equivalent of First Direct for banking but there just doesn't seem to be one.

I found them very good. Took me 3 mins 20 to cancel when they put their prices up £1.

Edit: On 2nd thoughts, the guy did lie to me about when I had the email.

Well....

1.. they are a new customer so they will probably say fine enjoy.

2.. With cashback its £19 a month. No cashback with Vodafone.

3.. Vodafone broadband and customer service is shockingly bad.

To get good service you have to pay for it..... ispreview.co.uk/rev…php.

In the end I went with Plusnet so I hope I don't regret it.
I just dont trust the fat bloke in the advert.
I took this the other day when it was £70 on topcashback. I also chose to pay the line rental early for their saver, which brought it down to about £16.50 a month for 38mb fibre.

I am currently with Sky and although its been flawless its now £28.99 a month.

Yeah. He's the type of guy you just want to punch in the face to get that smug look off it.
I'm not even that type of a violent person.....only when I watch annoying adverts over and over again.

That's a good deal. I'm also with Sky and, so far, they have always given me a good deal when I ring as I approach the end of my contract. I hope that carries on next month when I need to try again.

My problem is I am on a LLU and, when I looked to change before, I was told that once the phone line is switched the broadband would be disconnected and could take up to 2 weeks to be reconnected. It wasn't Sky that told me this it was the company I was looking to sign up with.
The £49.99 line installation fee put me off, and they would not waive it on the phone when I said I would have to go elsewhere.
This is now £90 cashback on Quidco

Thanks Jonobiwan, deal updated. I do wonder now if it's worth £20 to cancel my current order and raise the order again

Just rung plusnet to leave , 2 min to get through, best she could do was £28 a month, then told her about the vodafone £20 deal, she said £25 a month, they wouldn't match it.

May wait till BT have a good offer on like last month

That's weird! The Quidco website obviously has an error!
I've just double checked and it still says £90.
Sorry about that!

I'd raise a claim with Quidco. Get a screenshot of the offer too
They normally wriggle out of the quidco saying they only give one voucher per transaction. I got my £50 but they refused the cash back after a long drawn out process.

Exactly what I'm about to do. How has this not been voted hotter...?! £16.65 a month (to be exact!) is by far the cheapest unlimited fibre broadband I can find from a fairly reputable company that has good reviews on TCB and is only a 12 month contract whereas others like Vodafone are 18 months. I've spent the last half an hour on comparison sites and TCB trying to better it but this is definitely the cheapest overall

I have cashed my cheque ages ago and had my quidco £70 confirmed today! Yey! Result! (£14.99/month for 38Mb fibre broadband)
