Found them to be nothing but fantastic

    This is a great company.
Wished the signal was good in my area.
    Had to leave them
Prices were great and more importantly customer service was probably the best i have had in over 15 years in phone providers.

Highly recommend them if the signal is good in the area

To be honest, i dont have to read reviews. I have my own experience. Every provider has negative reviews.

If Mother Teresa was still alive, she'd still be getting 0* reviews online from people for one reason or another.

They use EE so that’s very strange, sure your handset wasn’t the issue.

Yeah, budget BT, that's why I switched to them 6 years ago, was paying a fraction of what BT were charging for unlimited fibre. I also have 3 mobile lines and haven't had any issues in the 2 and a half years I've been them (was with Life which changed to Plusnet mobile). (edited)

Read reviews on any telecom company .. They all as bad as each other .
Over the years I have used Vodafone .. The worst by a country mile , EE pretty bad , O2 my partner took to the ombudsman and won .. Terrible company .. Plusnet no issues so far .. But they all are OK until you have a problem then the bother starts,
But the crowning glory of worst company ever in the world for CS is NPower what a shower of Schidt they really are.

Obviously most people who leave reviews have had problems and it's their way of complaining, but the majority of customers including myself and my wife who have had an excellent service from them never bother to leave a review.
We've been with them since the start when they were 'Life mobile' and couldn't be happier considering what we pay and if we ever need to contact them at least we get to speak to a UK call centre who isn't replying from a script printed on the wall.

Considering VMO and branded one this is the best I tried in UK so far. Running on a EE network means I have great signal. Being VMO they have unparalleld prices. Their services are well balanced, roamnig in the EU works great and if I need help I never heard no from the support. I started with 1.5GB / 5GBP package almost 2 years ago. Then I upgraded to 2GB / 6GBP package. Now I have this new 3GB / 6GBP offer and I can only say, Well Done PlusNet! They never interupt me with unsolicited "promotional" calls or anything like in Vodafone. They have much better signal than I experienced in O2 and comparing to Three is like haeven and hell. Do not worry about their quirky adverts and short history. PlusNet is worth every penny.

I joined Plusnet on the £5 tariff in mod Nov. I saw this £6 before my first month had expired, called them and they upgraded me to it - but I had to wait till the first bill had been processed befre it was implemented. So I suppose it's existing only.

Better 4G for me than I had with Vodafone, and data seems good enough to me.

Thanks, just got this £6 deal via online chat. Have been on the 1.5GB for £5 deal for about 2 weeks, just said I was concerned would run out of data and they offered £6 for 3GB data, unlimited texts & calls or £8 for 5GB data, unlimited texts & calls. Both 30 day contracts. No negotiating needed, they just very quickly offered it. Thanks again. (edited)

Thanks op, unlike others I couldn't get it via online chat and was told I'd have to ring them. I guess it depends on who you are chatting to. I rang them and the agent was really helpful upgrading me straight away.

Heat given. Unfortunately, I can only get O2 & Vodafone, so I have gone for Sky Mobile ( O2) network. 2GB, unlimited minutes, unlimited Texts, roll over of ALL unused data for 3 years. £ 6.00 p.m. I will move over to Sky next week as then, I will only lose 1 months monthly charge ( I am in contact till 23 April).

I've been with Plusnet about 4 different times and can't fault them really. My current sim only deal is 10 Pound for 8GB unlimited mins and texts. Never had any issues trying to leave or join... EE and O2 Were a nightmare for me to leave or renew contracts

that is correct. because this deal is kind of 'not for new customers' hence you need to activate sim card first. don't worry they are fairly good in offering any deal that is in their system.
