USB 3.1 isn't just speed it's compatibility...and it conforms to USB 3.1 standards and is therefore marketed correctly.

Good price for a metal cased and branded stick. Didn't take long for the 'slow speed' complainers to pop up.

You can only have two out of three for memory sticks, and always sacrifice the third: capacity, value, speed.
