I might get this, would anyone know if the fan needs a molex plug? I've got a sata only system so if it does will need a splitter and a sata to molex.

.Integrated HDTV encoder provides analog TV-output (Component/Composite/S-Video) up to 1080i resolution (not using the DVI or VGA cable) This is to say good for TVs with no HDMI and no VGA/DVI inputs.

ENCODER = HDTV Out, which is not uncommon on cards under £30. Scan has a Gigabyte 7300 GS for £27.60 with free delivery available.

Only the second item that you listed can do "Integrated HDTV Encoder " … Only the second item that you listed can do "Integrated HDTV Encoder " @£32.99. The OP's title clearly stated ENCODER and you should not vote code by not understanding what encoder means The difference is always going to be a few quid.

No need to go bold. I undersood too that Encoder really just means (HD)TV out (which you are probably not going to use as a DVI to HDMI connector would likely be better.) The PNY card is stated as having these output on review sites: 1 x DVI-I - 29 pin combined DVI, 1 x VGA - 15 pin HD D-Sub (HD-15), 1 x HDTV output. So I believe it is included anyway.

Hey, that is fab then at £25 quid. So the PNY Verto is a hot deal. Cheaper that those ebay daft people paying much for some old cards e.g. 6200 to nearly £30 sometimes!

my motherboard is pci express x4
will this work considering its a x16 pci?
