Much cheaper than before .

This one is not for computer toys, so it's probably best not to buy it for playing games. It does lots of flops and has quite a lot of CUDAs

I have to say that it looks rather fetching in that colour-scheme too.

because people on this site dont understand its use and will compare it to a gaming graphics card for 1/20th the price

"Much cheaper than before" - only dropped 3%. How can that be much cheaper?

Ordered 2 for myself and 10 for eBay (_;)
Got good reviews on Amazon
Price is great for what it is.
Obviously overkill for gaming but im guessing this will save hours for certain jobs with high demand

Thank you for your bold question.
Upon reflection, I should have used units that you could relate to more readily.
No doubt, you prefer the more familiar Kpot

Since April the price has fallen by somewhere in the region of 1.6 Kpot noodles

Enjoy the windfall.

Its cold because its a business GPU and its nearly 7k i doubt many people who require this kind of card will be trolling HUKD's for one or more, they would have business accounts where they buy multiple cards and pay a lot less for it and would usually have a support contract. The other reason its cold is it was at full price over 15 months ago and in the life of GPU's thats a eternity. Im also pretty sure that a couple of Titans would be more powerful and £4500 less then theirs AMD's new Vega cards

The original idea behind HKUD (as far as I understand) is that you vote on whether the price is a good deal for the product compared to its standard price, not whether its a good deal for you personally. I don't go voting cold on all the deals for dresses just because I don't want one at any price.

A couple of titans likely would be more powerful, but the main thing you're paying for with the quadros is the drivers. And I'm pretty sure you can't run titans with quadro drivers. (In the past it used to be possible to 'hack' GeForce cards and get them working as quadros at the much cheaper price point, but you haven't been able to do that for a while). The quadro cards also seem to have a longer lifetime between new models than the consumer GeForce cards, so 15 months isn't a massive length of time.
