Link ??????????

the only downside of this deal is that it has already been running for 2 months and there is only 3 weeks to plan now!

This should be the link. I've removed the promotion code out of it. But everytime I edit this post, it adds the promotion code in!

This Link Works!

I know

Shame this only goes up to 24th March as I need a cheap crossing for the middle of April

i have got quote of £30 return for 28th march. 6 passengers with MPV.

This deal seems to run pretty consistently so don't worry if it's ending soon.

Voted hot, great value, good day out and even the free wine is drinkable!

I would recommend going on a weekday, shopping in the Auchan Hypermarket rather than Cite Europe and if you've got the time popping into Cite Europe on the way back.

Sundays are looking good too!

If you're planning on shopping check that the Hypermarkets are open on Sundays, as it's not guaranteed.

The only downside with this deal is that you use to get a BOGOF breakfast

Is it possible to buy 2 days worth and not use the day 1 return and the day 2 depart tickets?

When you arrive at Dover you get the Out and Return tickets in one. So if you turn up at Calais the next day, you won't have your Day 2 Return ticket as you didn't get you Day 2 Out ticket.
Therefore, you would have to pay the rate for just turning up.

Normally no. based on past experience they have a clause in their T&C that for day trip offer like this if you missed any one of the legs you will be charged the full price of the journey.

Any suggestions for nearby places to visit please. This would be my first visit to Calais. thanks OP

The Majestic Calais crossing offers are also pretty good if the timings suit your needs. Can't see anything about needing proof of purchase at Majestic for the P&O crossing. The tunnel crossing is a little different, however.

Hopefully they will update this towards the end of the month for another 3 months

If you travel on the 20th and for the basic ticket for 2 people and a standard car it came up as £12

I go across about 8 times a year. Auchen is a good supermarket to shop at,down towards Sangatte, lots of bargain wines & meat is cheaper there than here in England. Vegetables are much more varied than England & better quality, you will see seafood not found in English supermarkets.I normally buy some pate, bread & go to any of the beaches which are all nice & sandy. Should it be windy go to the Napoleonic castle & shelter behind the walls, free parking. There are some good restaurants in Sangatte also. Should you be up for exploring go down to LeTouque or Montreuil where some of LeMisarables was filmed. I have always found time for a couple of hours shopping & remember the fuel is cheaper there. Should you give it a blast on the motorway(toll free)you can make Bruges in Belgium in a couple of hours.Hope i've given you a few ideas, have a super time.

wish if they had a deal during Aug
