Found in Canterbury Asda btw - Loads of them.

cheers, this is my first year without my Mum, these where her fav flowers, i'll be buying a couple to take to her x

Great deal but I just want to say in case people aren't aware that poinsettia's are considered toxic to cats but cats love to eat them so if you get one and have cats do make sure that they can't reach it. I work in animal care and we see a lot of cats at christmas needing veterinary attention because of eating this very popular and attractive plant.

Good price though!

Thank you, off to asda to cheer myself up with festive flowers X)

Honestly never knew that. My grandmother used to have these in her house before she moved in to residential care and I can't say I remember a time that her cat was notably ill because of it...but this is no doubt down to where they were placed or something.

They had absolutely loads of these all over the front of the store and by the looks of it many other flowers deals, just didn't get a moment to check anything out.

£1.75 in Morrisons

I never have any luck with Asda Poinsetta, they always drop the leaves and then the flower wilts. Apparently, British grown ones last a long time, so I'm assuming Asda sell foreign grown? (Or is it just me that doesn't have green fingers)

they may be grown in britain but they buy so many for cheap that the quality is shocking, if they are kept by the entrance in asda they will die quickly because once they have caught a draught their days are numbered

£1.97 in my branch - Sutton, Surrey.
Still good price.
