Just when you thought that the burgundy had gone forever...

The academy Award-winning team of Tom Hanks and director Robert Zemeckis reunite for 'The Polar Express', an inspiring adventure based on the beloved children's book by Chris Van Allsburg. Late on Christmas Eve night, a boy (Daryl Sabara) lies in bed hoping to hear the sound of reindeer bells from Santa's sleigh. When to his surprise, a steam engine's roar and whistle can be heard outside his window. The conductor (Hanks) invites him on board to take an extraordinary journey to the North Pole with many other pajama-clad children. There, he receives an extraordinary gift only those who still believe in Santa can experience.

(change stars for ebay)

I have copies on betamax if you want?

But really, I'd say £4 for a dead format is a fairly large price. I'm pretty sure they were selling these movies off in £1 shops

Why do we have the same argument time and time again whenever HDDVD is mentioned? There is a massive retro gaming market but the dead format argument isn't brought up everytime a game or accessory for an older system is mentioned!

I bought some for 80 pence while ago .COld for dead format DVDS for this price !

voted hot still good if you are after HD dvds if you dont have a HD dvd player why even look here or vote

Probably because there's not a massive retro movie format market.

Definitely one for the retro fans, considering that this movie has been on TV, and the blu ray equivalent costs about the same.

HD DVD is/was better than Blu Ray.....................................................:D
I have both!
