Got to totally agree. I got the non-smart 50" version for £189 2 years ago on offer. Great deal. Why pay more for a brand?

My god this is a bargain

That's very good news this really is a bargain for 55 inch

Heated, even without 4K that is an amazing price.

I'm guessing instore only?

I'm after a fair priced tv with same aspects and genuinely interested to go and look for this in my 3 locals but please can anyone tell me how good these are? I'm reading reviews and it seems lots of people are complaining tv goes on black screen after a short time for no reason. Seems like a capacitor issue but do not want to get on repairing in such short time. Any thoughts please?

Some generations will not get this!

Cold not 4k, or oled

No it isn't 4K but it's very cheap!!! You get what you pay for and if 4K isn't a priority then this will give you plenty of bang for your buck! Hot from me

Samsung don't even use Samsung panels ! Sure this is good for the price but viewing angles may be limited and going from a cheap 50" I had before to a mid range named brand 55" is like comparing chalk and cheese. I raved about the cheap screen because I had spent my hard earned money on it at that time, but there really is a difference if you honestly get to the nitty gritty. This is HotUKdeals nevertheless so heat.

does anyone know the model code of this tv please?

It helps if you shake it a few times as the picture is developing.

Hot. Great deal. I posted about the Series 3 24" Polaroid Smart tv for £89 and it didn't go down very well - because it was a Polaroid, because it wasn't 4k and oh, it was a Polaroid.
