hi had polaroid mini model worst viewing angle I have ever seen, picture was terrible. would never buy polaroid again. friend had a similar experience his broke down 4 x during warranty period. eventually was just thrown away.

Think this is nationwide. I spotted this in the Redditch Asda over the weekend. Wanted to research reviews this week before posting!

Been this price for a few weeks. Picked one up for a spare room for the kids to do xbox, etc.
The TV is NOT the one linked in the review, it's a newer / better model on sale.

Smart TV is OK, sometimes fails the first time on Netflix / iPlayer.
Picture quality pretty good, (it's 1080p rather than 720p as stated above).
Sound quality average.
It's not the slimmest for wall mounting and the HMDI (2x) gome out of the back so again, with a close fitting wall bracket you're going to need a 90 degree hdmi.
Don't use the freeview tuner so can;t comment on that.

This'll be the same price that ASDA will be selling them at on Black Friday which will drag all the degenerate chavs out from the woodwork to have a midnight punch up

AFAIK most of these cheap TVs (Polaroid, Blaupunkt Celcus) etc are made by Vestel in Turkey. A lot of old respected brand names - Roberts Radio, Glen Dimplex, Morphy Richards etc - have simply been bought by large Asian manufacturers and rebadged. Often a single company makes many different brands with different customer service contact details to make it look as though the original brands are still independently in operation.
