havent seen this yet, but I've yet to find a bad Studio Ghibli film

the main extras seem to be a sticker sheet and art cards, and it comes in the manditory cardboard sleeve

only £1 more than most places are selling this special edition on blu-ray only, so you're pretty much getting the dvd for a quid

One of the best Miyazaki films and looks increble on blu ray - amazing animation and fantastic love story

Loved this film... very tempted

Still slightly expensive, I am desperate for this film on blu ray though, I absolutely adored it in cinemas, waiting for it to come down to around the £10 mark hopefully

Absolutely fantastic film. My children were mesmerised by it an so was I unexpectedly! Well worth the money.

I'm going cold, special edition combi pack is £15.93 delivered from asda … I'm going cold, special edition combi pack is £15.93 delivered from asda http://www.asda-entertainment.co.uk/dvd/ponyo-special-edition-combipack/10177657.html

Even though they show those pictures as being the SE, they will send you the normal version. They have the listing wrong.

the normal combi pack version is a different price on asda website - £15.91 so I'd like to think they're listing it correctly since they've called it special edition combi pack as opposed to just combi pack

But if you search for ponyo, they only return the normal version at £15.91. Your link is is the DVD version even though the picture shows the BD version.

I would be very careful. I don;t think they have a clue what they are doing to be honest.

I have just navigated to this page showing combi special edition £15.93
asda-entertainment.co.uk/dvd…tml

whats the problem? asda.co.uk click dvds, search ponyo you now get 3 options, Ponyo, Ponyo Special, Ponyo Special Combi.........

Only one of which is a blu ray.

click blu ray and search for ponyo and see what it shows......

dont care about blu-ray, the item I linked to originally at £15.93 is the same as the OP's item, fair enough if they've removed the £15.91 blu-ray, not my problem and not wholly relevant to my link and the OP's item being the same combi pack

alright mate what you're arguing is asda have described the se combi pack as dvd - why wouldn't they its dvd and blu-ray, apparently we're arguing because they have listed the single blu-ray disc under blu-ray and the combined blu-ray and dvd under dvd.............time to do some more productive things I think

I ordered this from The Hut when they had the same pictures and description and they sent me the normal non-SE version.

I'm not arguing with you, just saying be careful with the descriptions and pictures as they are not accurate.

actually thats a fair point because I've just seen the hut one and they ARE advertising the same as Asda's website (do they run the asda entertainment website?lol) did you complain because the hut one definitely states blu ray and dvd on here

They were both the same price and Im not fussed as long as I get the movie so didn't bother complaining. They may well have sorted it out by now but I wouldn't bank on it, especially as they have the classification wrong.

The Hut runs virtually all the main UK DVD websites on the net except, amazon, HMV, tesco and play and few others.
