Sounds like a great fun day out. Good find op. Heat from me
In no way is this free. I bet that the local council are in some way putting some money into it. Residents pay their council tax so are in effect partially funding it. This is NOT therefore a freebie. The poster should be hunted down and banned from the internets. A disgraceful post. We want to know where we can fill forms in for non-existent samples of product. Sort it out Mrs May !

Wait a minute, that's a good point. Everyone who turns up and are not from Poole should pay an entrance fee which can then be shared out to us Poole residents who funded the event. Same goes for the Air Show and the Wheels Festival. All very well local businesses benefiting but what about us lowly residents who don't gain from it other than not having to travel far to attend
too far for me

splitting hairs I know but aren't the airshow and the wheels festival classed as Bournemouth events not pool events, or they would be called pool airshow not Bournemouth airshow.

The cost is probably very low to the taxpayer since it is sponsored by sunseeker and other companies. Exhibitors probably pay too. Also local businesses benefiting is good for a lot of people as it helps businesses stay open and employing local people
Perhaps I'm missing the point but won't all the visitors that don't live locally spend sh1tloads of money while they are there therefore benefitting the local economy !
