Love this time of year when the nights are drawing in, there's a chill in the air & the whole family gathers round a roaring Galaxy Note 7.

This handy little extinguisher will be there to help put out those unwanted bursts of flames.

Heat for the description

if its in anticipation of a Samsung fire, get a 1kg one or a fire blanket. alternatively a cast iron fire pit for the patio.

Lol

it may save your life but you'll be cleaning up powder in the house for 2 weeks.

Some cheap ones on there. Just clicked on an AA branded 950g powder one for another 49p. Those extra 350 grams might be worth the extra 49p?

I dunno can't say I have put out anything with a powder extinguisher. I usually just roll it off when I catch on fire but I can give this a try.

Far to small. Would only put out a tiny fire. Far better getting a fire blanket instead.

whoops.... I clicked "buy it now"

will one of these be enough for my Vauxhall zafira

Worth pointing out this is a BC extinguisher, not ABC. Class A fires involve paper, wood, fabric, plastics etc. whereas B and C basically involve fuels like petrol and propane. For home use, an ABC powder extinguisher is generally most useful - I think many house fires are likely to be Class A

got a better one from lidl (abc) for 7.99 they flew of the shelf maybe i shouldnt have pulled the pin

did any one of you hot voters actually used one of these? ever?
this little thing will ruin EVERYTHING, every object within it's reach, the superfine dust is impossible to remove from any fabrics, electronics, etc.
do yourself a favor and get a foam one.
this "deal" may potentially cost you £1000's in damage. it may also suffocate you as it is as bad as smoke to inhale indoors.
be safe and smart!

Do you even know what you are talking about?

Would not be very "safe or smart" tackling an electrical fire with a foam fire extinguisher.

Your "recommendation" could cause someone their house or worse, their life!

hope this guide will help you:
take into account that 99.9% of people who don't care about installing an RCD would not have any fire extinguisher - as they don't care.

This does not explain why you recommended a foam fire extinguisher over a powder one due to the mess it may create?

Having an RCD fitted will not in any way reduce a fire so I can't see how the picture has any relevance to putting out fires? It just means you possibly won't kill yourself when you try to put out an electrical fire with an extinguisher that is not correct for that application.

I would agree that the best solution to fire safety would be having a co2, a water or foam extinguisher along with a fire blanket in your property. Also an escape ladder if you have a 2 story house of live in a flat.

nice find

Actually, eBay seller xBOJO4PMx is selling off these for cheap!
