Voted hot. Just what I needed and it beats the hosepipe ban. I had one i=of these and its surprising how it can rinse a whole car with less that one bottle of water. Again thanks and ordered
hmm.... Father's Day soon! Cheers

This review is from: Portable Power Pump Pressure Washer Car / Caravan / Motor Home Brush I bought this becaue we are expecting a hosepipe ban very soon. I have a motorcycle and use a bike cleaner that needs to be rinsed off. Normally I would use a garden hose to do this. I tried this out and I think it will just about be OK for that. Doesn't build up a huge amount of pressure but will do the job and hopefully save me from getting fined ! Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you? Worked very well and 8 litre capacity was enough to clean the caravan (just about). Also used it to wash 2 cars.Pressure is low, a bit like a hose pipe and the product has very poor instructions - but very pleased with it. When using it for washing with soapy water the product works well as not much pressure is needed, however, it is not powerful enough to rinse off and takes along time.In conclusion, the product is 'portable' as is stated, but if you use this product at home you will find yourself reaching for the hose to save time, partially defeating the object of using it. This review is from: Portable Power Pump Pressure Washer Car / Caravan / Motor Home Brush I live in a flat and its a real pain dragging buckets of water 4 or five times down the stairs to the car to wash and rinse it. I can do the job in two trips with this handy pressure spayer, once with car shampoo in it and another with clean water to rinse. It holds a reasonable amount of water enough to wash a standard size hatchback, and has a reasonably powerful spray, although you do have to pump it a number of times during the washing process to keep the pressure up. It comes with an adjustable nozzle for different types of spray from a mist to a direct jet and it also comes with a shampoo type brush for giving the car a good scrub rather than just relying on the water jet. Obviously it is not as powerful as mains operated or 12v pressure washers, but considering it is pumped up manually it gives a reasonable force of water. It won't remove really hard, caked on muck with just the jet but is good enough to remove most mud and other lighter contamination.I would have given it five stars but it was delivered with one of the parts missing, however after contacting the supplier they sent the missing part out very quickly, I got it the next day after reporting it missing, very good indeed.Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. I've a similar product to help keep the blackspot off the roses!
ohhh interesting!
They should buy a pressure washer then....Its perfectly ok for rinsing down after washing a car...I don't know what people expect for £15. I don't take notice of reviews...Most of them are from the moaners not the happy buyers

There may be a very good reason for that...

If you expect it to be like a jet washer then it will get 1 star but I think for something that lets me easily rinse the car after a wash then this will be quite handy. I have just moved in to an upper villa and was going to buy a hose but I would need a long hose and the hosepipe ban has put a stop to me using it.

I'll pick this up as a way to rinse the motor after a wash. Heat added, never even knew something like this existed.
No brush but 10l and can be here tomorrow with Prime.

Cheers! That'll do fine for my bike.
You can still use a pressure washer with the hosepipe ban.

If you have a karcher for example on a well known auction site or amazon get the suction adaptor £8-£20 which will allow you to place instead of the hosepipe the pressure washer into a large bucket or similar, this you have a proper pressure washer and still beating the ban
OOS but £16.47 from Peak Outdoors (incl. delivery)

Yep, tried that recently with my new Nilfisk. After using it with a hose connected to the tap, I then stuck the hse in a bucket and it worked fine. However, didn't work from dry. You need to get some water to the pump to prime it. Uses surprisingly little.
I'm thinking portable shower, painted black, left in the sun to warm up a bit.
£16.47 ?
I do not see £14.99

Yep I bought at £16.47, still good value. Amazon tends to bump up the price in line with demand. You have got to get in quick with Amazon, I find!

does this fit in the kitchen sink to fill it up?
How do you fill it up?

Just fill it up from your hosepipe... Oh no...hang on...can't do that!

I thought the same. You would need a hose from the kitchen sink or the shower hose?

so...if it doesnt fit in the sink - you're not gonna buy it ?
you can fill it using a mug, a pan, a spoon...or just take it to the bathroom and fill it in the tub...

I have owned one of these for the last 12 years and use it most weekends and is still going strong
any good for a summer water fight?, the water balloons don't cut it any more
Mine is sitting in the Royal Mail depot, hopefully they are open tomorrow and I'll be able to let you all know if its any good, as no doubt they'll come back in stock - although with the hosepipe ban in England, I wonder if they'll put the price up next time.....
Mine arrived yesterday and is sitting in my hut waiting for some better weather to try it out on my bike.
Got mine and gave it a go.

Your not going to be able to use it for serious pressure washing of anything with any sort of grained in dirt, the pressure just isnt high enough and the flow nozzle is too narrow. Said nozzle adjusts, but you get more of a mist if you move it off direct spray.

However, its good for rinsing a car if you dont have access to a hose - exactly why I bought it.

Its also water efficient, I used probably only 70-75% of the water I would normally use washing the car with buckets and a watering can.

So to sum up - good for rinsing a car, probably good for cleaning windows and watering plants/garden too.

Still stand by giving it heat !
