Always handy to have in the larder. However, I have found of late that the noodles never seem to soften; unless it's my naff Tefal One Cup producing lukewarm water again.

in my Asda, Corby, they had 12 for £2.50 in a sealed tray

AGREED.

Reminds me of a school business studies project I did about 10 years ago. We had £10 to try and make as much money as we could. We cleared out our local shop of Pot Noodles and sold them at my school at lunchtime then with the money we made bought more and more. They were so popular the catering company at the school carried out an investigation why their takings were so low for the week we did it! They then found out about us selling the Pot Noodles and threatened to sue the school for breach of contract!
Project was supposed to last a month but had to stop it after a week!

Ahh, ferrisbueller was referring to an inferior brand of noodle in a pot. Not the original 'Pot Noodle' unemployed was posting about. I've not tasted the Golden Wonder Nations noodle, but can something that cheap taste as good??? An unfair comparison some may say...
