Poundland nano-micro-mini SIM adapters and iPhone SIM tray tool set £1

Found 7th Nov 2013
Includes a nano to micro, micro to mini and nano to mini adapter plus an iPhone SIM tray tool. Wish I'd spotted these before I went on hols recently where I needed to put my SIM into another phone. I can also trim down other SIMs without worry of not being able to use in any other phones if I need to. Billy bargain!

By the way I bought one of their lightning cables and seems to charge without warnings on an iPhone 5 and reasonably fast (not as fast as the genuine ones but then there is a 1400% extra cost to buy one of those).

You might want to use commas to make your point because that doesn't make any sense.

The grammar police are out again lol they must lead sad life

Go to your network's store, the adapters are free. You can bend a paper clip into sim eject tool, also kinda free.

Speaking as a fellow grammar police officer but on his day off actually there is no ambiguity despite the fact that I left out the commas so maybe you want to brush up on your reading comprehension while I carry on ranting here without pausing for breath

Definitely worth having.

Cheers OP.

So if you have for example an iphone 4S you can put the sim in a crap phone to take on holiday?

BTW I used to worry about losing the sim removal tool until i saw someone use a paperclip lol

i have a bunch of PAYG SIMs that I use in various countries. I like to put my UK SIM in a simple phone so I get texts and voicemail notifications but have data set up on my local SIM to use with the iPhone. Eg fr Hong Kong you have cheap calls to the UK so I can divert my UK mobile before leaving to voicemail and dial in to the voicemail box from my HK SIM when I see a notification arrive.

But they give these away in the local O2 shop.....? COLD

Complete sets and an iPhone sim tool, even if you're not an O2 customer? Really?

yeah but ramming an SD card into an iPhone isn't going to help it really!

so everyone seems to keep saying - must be the same thing for all people, O2 customer or not, full set of adapters and a tool.

BE WARNED , i purchased a similar cheap adapter like this a few months back. It TORE up my Google Nexus Android Smartphone. It catches the metal electronic parts. Had to source a new electronic board from China ( cost £20) and I am yet to get it fitted.
There is a LOT of discussion about many of these adapters tearing up phones. Apparently it has something to do with the profile of the adapter when it holds the sim. The sim gets raised and when you pull the sim out , it catches on the electronics and wrecks them. People suggest ONLY purchasing ONE specific adapter like this , which comes from Germany at a price of around £5, which has a totally flat profile. Sorry , can't locate the URL for that at the moment. Naturally , I can't vouch for THIS particular card , as I have never used it and the one I used was for an android phone ( not apple). Best do an internet search on the problems with these adapters before you even consider buying.

This is completely flat with a plastic film on one side so the cut card doesn't protrude.

Personally I use it to put my modern phone SIM into something naff as above. Wouldn't have a need to put into anything decent myself.

Girl goes into a shop to upgrade her iPhone; assistant says you need to insert the pin to get the SIM out; girl types her PIN in on touchscreen!!!

TRUE story!
