Stay safe when riding your bike with these great bike lights. The super bright LEDs will help you stay seen. Easy to attach to any bike with front and back clip on mechanisms they can be in action in minutes. Both the front and back lights can also be set for either fixed or flashing light for extra visability.

The handle bar connection on these is very flimsy - mine make great pocket torches.

These look very similar to the ones you can get in Poundland for a quid each. Not to say this isn't a good deal but I'd be interested to see whether they are just the same lights but rebranded.

These super cheap LED lights are perfectly adequate (in fact very bright and good), although often the battery contacts can be dodgy or fittings break quite easily.

When they just cost £1-2 a set though (which they do from most poundland/QD shops etc.), buy 2 and fit them both for a backup and set one steady, one flashing. If one fails you always have a backup.

Get a couple of cable ties if necessary, rather than the mounts on these plastic things that ALWAYS seem to break.

£3.49 is an OK price, but these are usually no more than this price and often cheaper. I actually have several 'Power beam' lights. The slide/clips that connect them to the mounting broke off very quickly with normal use as they're very flimsy (I don't take them off every day, just when recharging the batteries). Easily fixable with cable ties to secure the front light but impossible on the rear so had to throw several away.

Not voting either way.

These are exactly the ones from poundland in fact. The mounts are made from wishes and dreams and they will break quite quickly

It is an avoid from me I am afraid

lol, i recognise them too and would avoid if used as main/only lights.I have the rear light from £land and have never actually used it because its so weak (light emitting-wise). I'd only buy this in addition to better lights...

Got it for 1.88 from Ebay.

If you're going to buy something to assist with your safety at night (which lets face it is really important) spend a little bit more on somethng more worthwhile in my opinion..

Not everyone can afford expensive lights. These will go well with my freecycle pushbike, thanks, and get me out and about.

Selling exactly the same thing at Poundland. Took a punt. 3 goes to get one that worked. That broke after a week!

Sometimes cheap isn't cheerful.

better than none.....like most hillbillie cyclists

Look like the same things that PoundLand sell

Although having some lights is better than no lights, lights that bounce off and leave you in the dark are worse.
