I've always used LED bulbs and has no problems with MOTs.
I clip my load resistors on with scotch locks.

Reading the spec it says interior use. Would I fail the MOT with these fitted and are the Canbus adapters someting you have to solder into the loom??

"Please be aware that this range of Philips X-treme Vision Festoon LED bulbs is designed for interior use. They can be used in an exterior application but it is not road legal to do and, in addition, due to technical differences between LED and halogen technology, a vehicle warning light may be triggered depending on the configuration of your vehicle. This is more likely to happen if your car was manufactured after 2005. This pack contains two Philips CANbus warning cancellers for LED lamps to solve this issue."

H7s have same offer of free sidelights but are £25 quid. Still good deal though.

Excellent deal for excellent bulbs, such a difference from standard yellow bulbs.

Bought these a few weeks back from there for £22.99 with the free sidelights, and worth every penny.

At this price, they are even better! Heat added!

they are £14.99 for a single in halfords so this is a good deals guys, esp with free sidelight bulbs. the site also lets u put in your car so u will know if it fits

Good bulbs i bought a set from ebay

I have these bulbs, they are good, however this company is not the cheapest even after the discount. The top three hits on Google for a Nightbreaker H7 come in at around £16-18.

fogs will light up alot more road, foggy or not.... lol.
Of course they make a massive difference, as they have no deflector over the bulb... they are the same as having your full beam on, on alot of cars, i know my fog bulbs are the same rating as my full beam.

However, anyone who put them on when its not foggy / heavy rain, is a rite tit.

bellamy_47

most people put fogs on when they dont need them for the look.

And what look would that be? No, don't answer that, I think I know.

I have HID'S and there great. far superior, had the same car before this with normal headlights and the HID's are way better.
most people put fogs on when they dont need them for the look. and fogs do little to help unless its foggy funnily enough.

I would avoid the blue tinted version as they give a less powerful output. I used the white ones and had problems with the lenses misting I think because they run hotter than standard bulbs causing the sealing of the headlamp units to fail. Be warned.
