Best price about at the moment me thinks!

Could think of it as exactly the same cost as buying in the US plus 17.5% VAT, bargain and no importing!

Great price for a great card. Hot!

Cheapest I've seen that so far since release, hot deal, Nvidia is really in trouble with regards to competing wth this card at this price level, good thing I put off buying an 88oogt

a 9800GTX is now £99 in the states.

I thought they used $ in the USA!
How does the 9800 GTX compare with the HD 4850 in the USA in $? That might give as an idea on how the two will compare in the UK.

You know what i mean lol

Newegg charge $198 for the 9800GTX, and $164 after rebate for the HD4850!

Here there's about £12 difference with the HD4850 being cheaper at £117

I wish i could have an £82 HD4850

User comments and many online tech site reviews indicate that this PowerColor 4850 does not come with a molex->6pin pci-e power adaptor, whereas many other makes do. This is only an issue if you current PSU doesn't already have a 6pin pci-e power plug. Otherwise look to spend about £1 or so inc del buying said adaptor separately.
