Does it come with ear plugs?

If you're after the RX Vega 64, this is a pretty good price as it also comes with the 2 games. Can't see it cheaper anywhere else.

Does it come with ear plugs?

Agh. Tempting. Must.... wait..... for custom cards.....

At stock settings, the card is likely not louder than your case fans. I run my 56 at 3000RPM and don't notice it when gaming (with headphones of course). Up to you, rumour has it that the GTX 1070 Ti is about to launch, so maybe worth waiting

I'd buy this if it wasn't so power hungry! Don't think my 550w psu could handle it. Waiting on a good deal on a Vega 56. Hopefully the 1070ti will drive the price lower in a few days time.

Voted hot, but I agree with this quote.

Great card and good to see they are now RRP! Payed £599 for mine (reference board & cooler).

Who in the right mind would buy this? Ref cooler noisy and hot as hell, rather get a 1080 for this price!

Ref cooler isn't that bad, only when you ramp up the fan. Under stock and turbo settings it will be fine. I do agree on the point about heat, it can get hot so a bit of undervolting sorts that right out - may get a little bit of a performance boost too if you're lucky.

If you can find a better alternative, such as a 1080, go for it if that's what you're after. This post by the OP is for this card, not in comparison to others but in comparison to prices for this card from other vendors. In that regard this is a good deal IMO (again, if it is something you are looking for) - about £20-30 cheaper than elsewhere and comes with the free games.

Only miners or those desperate for a high end card and invested unfortunately in a free sync monitor. It's literally useless for everyone else while GTX1080 exists

No good for mining either at that price point, useless for both.

I'm pretty sure when actually buying something people take into consideration other products and the same goes when weighing up the merits of a deal in my eyes.
This site is called HotUK DEALS and not HotUK CHEAPEST PRICES which are different things.
But ultimately it doesn't matter how hot a deal gets as long as people who are actually going to buy one get to see it.
The level of heat is mere fluff.

You can dramatically reduce power draw by using the power saver mode, which apparently doesn't result in much performance loss at all. Well worth a bit of research if you're considering it.

This is currently the best price for a product that is overpriced across the board.

It's reference design, blower cooler, and more expensive than the competition.

As others have said, this isn't 'HotUK CHEAPEST PRICES, wait till this product comes in custom AIB or at least for it to come down in price. The stock is too sparse to let the price settle down.

The basis of why people might be posting a deal on this site will vary, of course. The point I was trying to make is that if someone was interested in this product, then this posting is likely to interest them as it is the cheapest price for it compared to other vendor offerings.
Of course, it is important to do a bit of browsing around, reading up on alternatives and comparing prices of alternative competing products. But its a bit like quoting just a part of a reply from another member of the community - you have to look at the whole thing and consider it all in context. Otherwise visitors to the site might just ignore the fluff and only observe the heat of the posting

tomorrow looks like 1070 ti annoncement, looking at 399 im guessing retail to compete with vega 56. im holding till i see what the TI can do against 56 and 64

Tempted, but can anyone confirm if it will run minesweeper?

Might as well just get that palit 1080 that's listed on here which works out about £420 after cashback.

That's what I done anyway.

listed at £419 for TI, unless 3rd party come in beneath that, then 1080 is way to go
