Got one of these for the shower last year. Absolute rubbish!
Better to just re-grout?
These pens are rubbish for tile grout, can't comment on the wood ones as never used. Better off getting the tubes of the liquid grout with the sponge on the end (like the shoe cleaner things). Cost a bit more and there's more effort as you have to clean (sometimes scrape) the excess of the tiles themselves and sometimes go over bits again. I re-did all the grout in the kitchen, bathroom and shower about 3 years ago and just starting to notice a couple of bits that need a touch up.

lol, i was just about to post and ask if these sorts of pens are any good. guess the answer is no, do it properly and get it regrouted!

our previous cleaner managed to clean the grout really well by pouring bleach over it and then scrubbing it with a brush. so i tried to do the same and made no difference. i also managed to burn myself as i stupidly touched the tiles when the bleach were on them!

This is much better and lasts way longer.
Had powerfix one before but didn't last long and a friend recommended this and it's soo much better/easier!

Of course. Specially if you missing grout. This is just for masking discolorations etc.
