Admittedly without the warrenty but similar can be had on Amazon for less than £50 with more functional a-frame options for a few pounds more, are these going to be that much superior?
4.27 working height... Does it include my height?

Yes
"3.35m (extended)"
So assuming you are standing a couple of rungs down from the top, that would bring them to their conclusion of 4.27m (bit precise isn't it...) at around mid chest level. I think.

I would give you heat if I could lol
I've ordered the 3.2m one as I live in a Bungalow so should be enough.
Are these safe? I tried once and it was so wobbly.

I would'nt. HOw do you know what you're getting on amazon when it comes from some random chinese supplier? I bet no safety label and sub standard product. A company was recently fined for selling unsafe telescopic ladders on Amazon, stick with the highstreet where you'll know they have the right safety standards.
