That graphics card won't allow for much gaming but it's not a bad deal.
Listing needs more info, but looks okay. Reviews mention a Intel Core i7-4790 as the i7 which got for about £260 on their own. Wish companies would just leave the graphics card out completely if they're going to put **** like a 730 in. The 4790's integrated graphics probably does a similar job!

can someone edit post can't seem to from mobile thanks
Great deal for a i7 4790 and some other great specs, but with a gt 730 its certainly not a gaming PC
HOT
Any idea on PSU? If it'd handle a 480 on release I may be tempted here!
pair this with a 1070, would you get a good gaming pc?
looking at the graphic card i think "powerful gaming" should be removed from the title..

GeForce GT 730 4096 MB

Why does a 4GB version of this card exist?

Yes, very. I'd suggest grabbing an SSD whilst you're there though, to make things really fly. Not sure how powerful the power supply is on this though. Worth finding out first if it could support a 1070.
spec elsewhere from a search suggests "Power Supply: 350W silent power supply" - i.e. tiny no-name junk psu, probably need replacing to put a decent gpu in there
It's a German seller so just something to consider regarding after sales service, decent price for the specs and ignore the 'powerful gaming' statement, it's probably otherwise ok....but cheap case and psu etc.

Should be quite good once you've bought a new case, PSU, GPU, heatsink and SSD...

Yep, you'll need a 650w psu to run a decent gpu, so another £60, plus £200 for the card. This is a good cpu worth £250, bundled with £130 of junk.

yeah good deal, just not for gaming
You don't need an i7 for gaming so save £100 there and build it yourself using quality components, trust me it'll be worth it in the long run!

no you don't need 650W psu to run "decent" gpu. no single gpu (bar behemoths like 7990/Titan) would require that much power

You don't technically need it, but a cheapo 400w unit is not worth the risk. The psu is the most important component, so give it 50% more power than you need, it will run cleaner/cooler/quieter and last a lot longer. Always spend £10 per 100w, minimum.

A 500W PSU would be fine for this, and yeah its more about the quality of the PSU by now, since you want it to actually be able to do what it says without blowing up at any point.

Indeed.
why put 'powerful' in the title when it isn't
Nice.
Very good price
Seems an odd mix of components to call it a gaming PC. Would be miles better off getting the 4690K and an actual decent graphics card.
Not that fussed about gaming, wondering how it would fare for moderate video editing.

Should be able to depending on the MOBO you might even be able to put a 1080.An SSD and maybe a MOBO depending on whats already there would be able to run many games on high>ultra(MOBO doesn't affect performance) I personally would change out the PSU if its an unbranded one or if i am upgrading things (may be 400w)

not sure why the price should go up, as it stands will be a task to sell it at this price

thats the description on Amazon not mine
Very good cpu at over 10k benchmark and at this price would make for a good vm lab with 16gb ram to start off with. Add in some more disks and another 16gb ram and a decent home lab.

or for people who use photoshop. you could have 100s of layers on a high res image open to work with eating loads of vram with gpu acceleration but not need a powerful card, just lots of texture memory
