I'm sure you can use 2 adapters for that , you would need a second wireless access router to plug in to one of them

As long as two units are on the same circuit you will be ok. No need to worry about stone walls etc.

My wireless signal is really weak upstairs as my router is plugged into the main phone line downstairs, will this plug in upstairs and give me a better signal as i don't understand how these work?
