But £15 for the Blu ray triple set seems a bit of a winner....

Agreed, for the blu-ray it’s the best price I can find.

Sorry but rubbish movie

Rugrats

Sorry but rubbish movie

translated: "I didn't understand it".

The movie is a complete work of genius - even someone with little or no appreciation of movies can surely recognise Aronofskys utter genius in bringing such a dark subject matter into what is (albeit possibly incorrectly) perceived as the beautiful art of ballet? Or maybe it's just me.

Either way, rubbish movie or not, I hope you voted hot for the deal

so true, an absolutely remarkable film!

i'll get this for times i cant sleep

isnt this that company which is about to go under? Didn't one of the other supermarkets or someone stop using them recently because they were on such shakey financial ground?

And no not sainsburys.. the entertainment section is run by a 3rd party

Nice cinemaphotography but very predictable movie. I say this as someone thats never seen the play or read the book etc.

Long, drawn out and definitely only to be seen by men if you have to so as to please the other half.

Still voted hot for the price though.

The classic comeback.

Some of us just see that the emperor is obviously not wearing anything at all.

Haha! It's not that kind of film mate.....

*Mild-spoiler-ish-ness* - Look away if you haven't seen the film!

I have to say that I agree with Kermit on this one. The main problem with this film is that Natalie Portman's character is established as being a couple of sandwiches short of a picnic fairly early on. This makes the rest of the film kind of redundant because you half expect everything is happening in her head. Any suspense was lacking for me.

Anyway...I guess this is a good price for the DVD.

Hot. Just saw film earlier in day. Left me cold, so I clearly did not understand it. (Unless as a post-feminist, Freudian, misogynist redefining of the fallacy of hysteria).

Aronofsky brings drugs in as a diversion. I already got tired of that in "Requiem for a Dream". Generally loved, I don't think the director or the studio care about the odd bad review as it has already made a quarter billion profit.
