Surely if you were the type to be so interested in Reach as to bother pre-ordering it you would be the type that already has ODST

How many more of these games are they going to churn out, each one the same as the last? I'm a 360 owner before anyone says anything, I just don't understand the fascination with this series.

they take money there and then beware

Can someone change the description in the post, because it says "as title says: pre order Halo odst and get Halo 3 ODST £5" and it should say pre order Halo Reach instead of Odst. I would do it myself but it won't let me :P.

Would this work if you pre ordered Reach, get Odst for £5 and then cancel your order for Reach to get it somewhere else. But you still get to keep Odst for £5

So Halo is like real combat is it then, taking cover and carefully planning attacks, working slowly to take out the enemy etc etc? No it's running around shooting and jumping hoping you get lucky enough to kill someone.

They're all as bad as each other.

Actually it's - 5 and that's just on the Halo reach. I can't believe people who don't know what they're talking about comment.New stuff includes
abilities - jet packs, armour lock, sprint, hologram etc.
assassination moves
Space flying missions
More customisation (skulls can now be customised along with armour modifications)
Dodge moves (can roll away)
Not to mention Halo 3 introduced equipment and other features like Forge and match recordings and photo taking along with the skulls to play single player with different limitations. ODST added the cool battle mode (forgot what it's called) changed the story up by playing as multiple characters none of which were spartans, health differences and new visor modes, halo wars was a completely different genre and then that only really leaves halo 1 and 2 having nothing different and can you really bitch about 2 games in the same series being similar??? Besides halo 2 did add online play since halo 1 didn't have it.

If you don't know the differences then DON'T COMMENT. You'll just look a fool like you have done and people who actually know the differences will show you up. Not to mention the hypocrisy of you having MW2 as an avatar too when that changed much less over it's sequels.

I imagine this would be the thought on many peoples' minds. I'd do it myself if I liked Halo.

lol. Spot On.
Personally never enjoyed playing any Halo game online. Most people just run around point blank range shooting and jumping. MW2 has gone crap too to be honest.

Gears of War is good fun, I fear part 3 will ruin the franchise.
