Cheers!

No delivery date, also many retailers have stated stock late November, early December.

I thought the game promo was just for the old 6700k and 7700k - anyone ordered this yet and got a code sent in email straight away?

yeh ill be suprised if they honour 347. This cpu will be out of stock most of this year and demand will keep it near £400. Ebuyer shoved there prices up from 355 to 388 in about 12 hours.

I fancied one of these CPU's but availability and price (Mobos arent exactly cheap) are a put off. Looks like intel are doing there best to help AMD. Never took them for such a kind company!

Be aware this CPU will require a new Z370 motherboard. It won't work on the existing 270 ones.

Thank you. Will this cpu be better for gaming as opposed to the ryzen 1600? I'm trying to save a little here and there .

I'm seeing the same, that's sketchy.

Yes, but by how much will depend on your GPU, games, settings etc.
This is the best CPU under £450 right now as more consistent than Ryzen.

It's still available for me and still £346

Hmm showing as £342 for me oddly enough. Not buying anyway, like the CPU but it would have to come down under £300 for me, which it won't anytime soon, think Ryzen might be more sensible for me. Plus I won't buy from BT Shop anyway as I find their CS lousy kinda like BT in general, had a problem with a GPU from them and they didn't want to know, they were better when they were DABs IMHO....

It shows as that price until you go through to the checkout itself (not basket) and then suddenly it's £381.47

I was wondering where DABs went to, thanks for the info. Explains the misleading advertising.
