Just noticed this amazing deal from CEX for DDR4 laptop memory, £28 quid while brand new it's costing around ~£70 - £80 on Amazon. Comes with a CEX 24 month Warranty so its like basically buying a new item with a garranty! Available instore and online

Don't forget to add £1.50 delivery if ordered online
Had an eBay search for this exact item under £30. Haven’t seen anything meet my search criteria in about 2 months!

This does, so thanks!
Hot!
How bout that garranty??
Just check the item when you get it but a good price from them - have bought many things like this before from them but always going in and out of stock. With RAM, the issues are normally it being the wrong one they’ve sent, faulty or wrong type (e.g. ECC) but when taking it back it’s normally little fuss to get returned.
Thanks! i just got 8gb for £41.50 with delivery!
Just need a cheap 288->260 adapter now 😄

:edit: £6 ea. on eBay.

Thank you. They're claiming to have dispatched my PC19200 already, so we'll see. No moving parts and not Flash memory - if it works when you get it (because some ham-fisted person hasn't broken it), the chances of it failing subsequently must be pretty small.

LTT dropped that knowledge bomb a few weeks ago.

It’s a great idea given how laptops have fewer slots compared to desktops so you end up (usually) with lots of spare laptop sticks at a much better price in the smaller sizes. 4GB laptop stick + adapter is nearly half the price of the desktop equivalent! I will have to get some of these in to try out.
Good price but the CEX guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on

8G stick arrived, right product, passed an hour of memory testing... thanks OP!
