I'm not sure if you're aware, but from a company like musicmagpie they are one and the same...

This is Nintendo. Price hardly drops. May have to wait a few years

Yep, I think £150 pre-owned would be my biting point. Must say, while I will always think it underpowered for this generation, with the decreasing price (at least second hand) and news of clever hackers opening the system up, much to draconian Nintendo's ire I suspect, owning a Switch is quite an enticing prospect

Heated great deal!

Music Magpie doesn't actually do refurbished. You're getting the same stock as from the used pile.
Not sure there will be too many at this price, the new retail price isn’t dropping so likely someone took a huge hit to enable MM to sell for this price. Think you’ll be waiting a while for sub £150 in acceptable condition
OOS now by the looks of it!

Honestly if you really want one, just go for it. It's worth every penny, even at launch price.
Seconding the above comments - Mario Odyssey didn’t just rekindle my memories of Mario 64, it made me feel like I did when I first played that.

Best off waiting for this price for a new one then mate, i waited for a new wii u price drop a few years ago coz i didnt want a scratched 1. It was worth paying extra knowing some winnets/pubes/bogeys/dead skin/ciggie stench off some randomer wasn't on and inside the cracks of my wii u hahaha! "good" condition will definitely have some wear and tear.

Heat, picked one up this morning for just over £200. Their web site is a pain though. Just need Mario kart!
I just got a second switch from Music Magpie on using the 20% discount from the earlier deal, which was listed in "very good" condition. Came to £211.

It just arrived. No AC charger. No Joycon controller adapter. No DOCK. The back is scuffed to hell. It came with a ropey old Poloroid branded HDMI cable (which is useless without the dock anyway) and cheap looking white USB-C cable.

It's definitely going back as that is an absolute joke, especially considering there was no word of the dock or anything else not coming with it. Hope everyone else had better luck with this!

Called them and I need to send it back, after which they'll send me another one out; of better quality and with all the missing bits that are supposed to be included. Just awaiting a return shipping label.

Disappointed that they messed up, but *so far* fairly impressed with the customer service.

Has anyone else been hit with an issue like this?

I bought one last week. Same issue with the AC charger, but I got an iPhone charger along with the white USB-C cable!
Everything else was there apart from the Joy-Con straps.

Phoned them yesterday and they apologised and said they would send out the correct AC charger and look into the Joy-Con strap. Lets see what arrives!

If they aren't going to provide the correct charger, dock etc... then they need to be clearer in the description.

Yeah, I completely missed the straps, but they weren't there either. I let them know right before I posted it back to them a couple of days ago.

I've been issued a refund now anyway. Not entirely sure why, but I'd imagine that they've burnt through their remaining stock already and can't fulfil.

Anyway, I've just picked up a brand new unit from TGC in another thread for £29 more, so that's worked out pretty well in the end.
