Just been into my local GAME and saw these as I was walking out. Sorry no pic but a quick check on the website shows the pre-owned price for the OLED version at £39.99 so I'm guessing its national. Online stock check shows OOS and my local does too but they definitely have stock, check if you are passing a GAME and are interested or better yet tweet or ring your local branch.

Shows £159?
May be store specific but the link doesn’t match description.
Shows £159 for me.
Can’t see either unfortunately. Hope you snagged one at that price though, amazing value if you did.

I bought mine about 18 months ago with 3 memory cards (16gb/8gb/4gb) for £80 from a local retro shop but if I hadn't I'd be all over this.

If you put your address in it will bring up new/pre-owned prices in-store.
The price on the landing page is a 3rd party re-seller NOT Game, you need to cheeck stock and then select pre-owned and you'll get the prices I said.
These can be used with standard sd cards now (with a £5 adaptor) any can play retro as well as the your legally owned 'backups'
always looked at the used refurbished stuff first ^^

Didn't think the card adaptors worked without custom software. Am I wrong?
Bought mine 6 months ago, went into GAME but the condition was terrible. Better off buying second hand from someone who has looked after it for a little more
None in Glasgow!

the adaptor goes in the game slot, any firmware can now be downgraded to the correct version to allow backups (even Vita backups) to run.

Yes correct you've still got to use CFW to use the vita2sd card adaptors
That's a great price. Especially if you've been picking up the ps plus games along the way. Think I'm finally gonna try and hack mine. I'm such a hack noob though, the most Ive done is add mods to skater XL on pc

Amazing retro gaming machines, PSP/PS1 emulators. Get homebrew on it.

Noways with home brew you can get a cheap high capacity microSD in it with an adapter, not to mention homebrew apps with a library of most vita/PSP/PS1 games available to download. The sony cards were and still are a ripoff. The vita made no sense, but it does now thanks to homebrew

Isanely good value at this price

They're fairly easy to softmod now.

if you use homebrew absolutely,if not then depends on what you think about memory costs and the hassle of buying used games. Some people like that, some dont.

Or use it to play PS4 games when away from console. IE When you cant be bothered to walk and sit in the office
I played all of Dragon Quest and Kingdom hearts on the Vita.

Wide range of JRPGs available for the vita.

Weird, site says my local has no stock, but I was in yesterday for a keek (with the aim being for emulation) and they had a used slim in bad condition for £90 in the cabinet. I'll take a walk down again at lunch and see if it's still there and what price it's at.
Was actually considering selling mine but if it’s true any version can be downgraded for home brew I may look into that. Vita had so much potential but never really realised it. Might get the new switch lite for my handheld gaming going forwards.
