Crazy cheap price and a must own film in my opinion! Removed from Netflix but still remains on Amazon Prime if thats your thing.

Postage a killer as per usual so probably only decent if you are nearby or instore anyway.

You think? #1 on iMDB at 9.3 approaching nearly 2 million votes.

Agree with the first though, excellent film
He escapes.. There saved you a few hours
Awesome movie
My favourite movie
DVD! SERIOUSLY...
My DVD of Shawshank degraded. Seriously. Didn't think it could happen but it was such poor quality as to be unwatchable. Turned it off and immediately ordered the Blu-ray version (which is sadly still in the cellophane!)
34178049-w1gHH.jpgA few in stock round by me.... Well worth 50p imo
Andy crawled through five hundred yards of shit smelling foulness I can't even imagine, or maybe I just don't want to. Five hundred yards... that's the length of five football fields, just to reach the counter in CEX to buy this DVD.
1st DVD I ever watched, had it free as part of the Woolworths 3 DVD deal with the Samsung DVD 807 player, it was a great player, with an easy region hack!

It was certainly underrated on its cinema release - nobody watched it! Luckily it's awesomeness seemed to spread like wildfire by word of mouth when it went to DVD...

PS Putting aside the recent bad press Mr Freeman has attracted for a second, he really has one of THE greatest voices.

That is due to fake accounts. Any sites with legitimate voting such as Metacritic or Rotten Tomatoes, it barely gets into the top 1000 films. It is nothing more than a simple minded fairytale.

Oh no we haven’t seen this film for some months being posted....

That said 50p for a film is cheap
Yeah right.
I learnt the word "institutionalised" because of this movie.

Yeah, you're right, I think Lord of the Dance was the other, kept me Mum happy!
Don't want to be hyperbolic, but this movie helped save my life.
