It will be nice if you put your comments when voting cold or else at least give a better option

Seems like a good deal to me. Voted hot. What am I missing silent cold voters?

Cant go wrong at this price especially with the quality

anyone managed to find any reviews on this?

very little information out there-looks like a clone of sennheiser in that eco-packaging

worth a punt for a fiver i reckon

Thanks - ordered a couple for the kids.

looks good to me, cold squad out in force again i see.

oos

I gave heat, mainly to cheer all you grumpy sods up tho

So I received my two pairs yesterday. The packaging seems identical to the eco-packaging used by Sennheiser CX-300 earphones. It comes with 6 sets of tips of different sizes and materials. The actual earphone also looks very similar to the CX-300 and feels the same when fitted.

The only real difference is the sound quality - the bass is VERY loud and somewhat swamps any mid range or treble sounds - vocals sound muddled. I was listening to the current Black Eyed Peas album and I felt like I was in a nightclub where the bass had been turned up to the max.

For a fiver they are fine for the kids or someone who values bass above everything else - personally I will be sticking with my Sennheiser or Shure earphones (though these are obviously much more expensive).
