Quoted for truth!

51.7 grammes of sugar per 85 gramme serving, (61 percent sugar).
Nearly two thirds of this product is sugar. You are more likely to get diabetes than grow muscle.

"Muscle and size gainer" Muscle - negligible / size - certainly around the waist!

Research may be required for your individual goals. Sugar is not the way forward.

my personal favourite is bodybuildingwarehouse.co.uk's own performance mass. great value, mixes well, tastes good and great ingredient profile.

I don't understand what's so hard about eating food. If you want to gain weight then eat carbs like porridge.

Wow that stuff looks awful. oO If you want to put on extra weight then, provided your diet contains the right things, just add another meal or some healthy snacks like nuts. I wouldn't bother with weight gainers because they often have more calories than you need and too much sugar and chemicals. Unless you're juicing or new to working out you're not going to put on loads of muscle in a short time so you don't need a load of calories extra.

Damn. 318 kcal per serving. You'll need 2 servings per day for a decent amount of protein, maybe more. Chug down an extra 636+ kcal per day? Liquids will not fill you up so if you're going for the overweight trend, then buy it.

Go for MyProtein. Decent stuff, low calorie. If you want to eat more calories then eat nutritious food, where you'll gain the vitamins and nutrients with the calories.
