thanks. didn't know of that but this is what it does say on the label. is this still bad I don't know

Nutritional Information
Product Information
Each(24g)serving contains:
Energy 389kJ and 93kcal
Protein 18g
Carbohydrate 1.7g
of which sugars 0.05g
Fat 1.3g
of which saturates 0.8g
Fibre 1.0g .................. etc etc

Get your protein from a fitness store, a 2.2kg tub will be around £35

It doesn't have loads of sugar, it's just a bad price. Even at half off. You can get a 1kg pouch from MyProtein for 12-16 quid, which seems better value. Same macros.

There's not much wrong with the protein but it's a bit expensive. If you're gonna pay this much you may as well buy Optimum Nutrition's whey, even though it's overpriced.

If you ever go on bodybuilder forums, I can honestly say not one person will use H&B far to expensive for the cost.

A firm favourite is MyProtein, vouchers are quite regular and very good priced for what it is.

The new customer offers from Bulk Powders are always very competitive

Just a big no, very poor quality protein an that's about it.

Awful stuff. Gold Standard all the way!

It's nice but expensive.

H&B prices are a huge rip off. PuritansPride.co.uk sell the exact same products as H&B but a fraction of the price, but just remember that they send from the US so there's 20% VAT and an £8 handling charge to pay at this end but it still works out a fraction of H&B prices. On these 2lb tubs of whey, if you order in multiples of 5 from Puritans you get the cheapest price and they usually do 20% or more off offer on top of that too, and free postage. I ordered 10 at a cost of £94.56 and paid £27 customs charge this end, so worked out around £12 a tub. That's the most I would pay for protein powder, you can get cheaper but I like this Myology one in the wild strawberry flavour so don't mind paying £12 a tub. I can't believe that people are paying the silly H&B prices, obviously more money than sense.
