    I purchased this last week. It actually rotates, this is not mentioned in the Argos description. The painted Robin and postbox is very good but the drawback is it is noisy when it rotates and the batteries have died after being switched on during the evening for just one week of use.

    I think I will unscrew it and disconnect the rotating part of it, but leave the lights connected. This may make the batteries last a bit longer. (edited)
