Some decent rates, especially on flowers
Does this include Old Premium members?
I feel it's a little cheeky to get me to pay £5 for a year subscription and then announce £1/month premium three weeks later; which excludes me from certain premium benefits - despite already paying to be premium for the year.

Also my most used category - Travel - is excluded

I don't understand why they've done the membership the way they have. If you contact them on chat they'll put you on to the new membership, you might get a refund too
Tacked mine successfully on black friday but then Samsung declined it. I raised a claim and quidco presented only the half price but its successful now. So Quidco's double cash back was just a scam

Technically it doubles their yearly membership fee per user. i did think that £5 a year was quite cheap, but i don't always use cashback tracking as the sites i regularly use only offer a low % back on the amount you spend, so most of the time i don't bother. on the other hand, when people spend more on insurance, bb, or a phone contracts etc that's only a £3 cost, £1 if you can buy them all in the same month
As the Quidco Customer Services person will be on here tomorrow, could they (you) be able to answer a question for me?

IHG Hotels initially tracks at 0% on date of purchase, and then uplifts post stay.

However the uplift doesn't actually use the same tracking line. It creates a new line within your account.

Therefore - won't the £1 monthly fee be taken twice? Once in the month of initial tracking, and then once it tracks yet again for the post-stay line.
See below screenshot. Each stay is duplicated ; however the duplication is actually created in a different month (despite it sharing the same date as the initial purchase).

Yes it's back! This was last done on Black Friday and all my cashback has been made payable this month Definitely legit offer!
@Quidco_Rep I notice there is a £500 cap on this offer. Does this mean £500 of extra bonus (the money added on top of the standard cashback rate) or the overall cashback rate including base rate as well?

Hi

Good question!

The fees are based on purchases with cashback attached.

As the initial tracking is for a zero amount this will be exempt

Hi so this means that £500 is the max you can earn in any cashback amount on this essentially.

If you found 10% rate for example and spent £6000 you would be capped at £500 on that instead of the £600 you would think.

Quick follow up if you don't mind, as I use IHG a lot. Good to know you can't be double-charged on 1 booking.

Do the £1 fees get backdated to the month of the booking, or the month where the 'tracking' of e.g. £12 actually takes place. As the tracking itself does happen in a different month to the date it is listed within your website.

((Since the tracking always happens post-stay, 99% of the time, it will be a different month to the booking month; even though it eventually appears alongside the original booking date))

Hopefully makes sense

@Quidco_Rep

I would like to make a purchase via Surfshark which has 140% cashback. There are different currency options on the Surfshark website with the default choice being GBP. However, USD is actually cheaper for the same service. If I paid via USD, would I still get 140% cashback? Thanks.

Hey, So I am actually going to go and get a little more clarification on that once our team in back in the office, as IHG tracks up to 30 days after your booking takes place, so I'm going to have that double checked as to when the Fee will be paid. I'll come back to you on monday! Sorry about that.

That should track in fine, the £140 would be on the amount you spent in GBP though, so it would be calculated on the conversion

Apologies I didn't get back to you before The tracking at zero shouldn't trigger the fee Any issues though please feel free to let me know -Joseph(Joseph@quidco.com)
Quidco banned my account after 5 years of usage... reason was 24 orders from Music magpie with 0.02p cashbacks.(.i bought x24 cds and they comes not as one order...) I told them what i think about them..also left 1* in review platforms ..i finished with them ..so from my point i would advice use Topcashback everywhere..not qdco..just to keep safe account..DONT trust your money to QUIDCO
